Gokudo kisha 2: Baken tensei hen (1994)

The sequel sees Matsuzaki, now up to his neck in debt, meet a yakuza boss at the racetrack and strike up a friendship with him. This leads him to encounter the oyabun’s “granddaughter”, who wishes to go to America for gender reassignment surgery. Initially trusted with keeping a watchful eye on her, Matsuzaki is instantly fascinated by her and consumates the relationship. The gambling side of things deals with how Matsuzaki attempts to pay back both his lovers and his loansharks. He also gets to play a crucial role in ending a yakuza war.
