Master Minds (1949)

Inspired by a nagging toothache and a library book about Nostradamus' predictions, Sach (Huntz Hall) suddenly develops the ability to predict the future. Seeing a money-making opportunity, Slip (Leo Gorcey) and the rest of the Bowery Boys exhibit Sach as a sideshow freak. When mad scientist Dr. Druzik (Alan Napier) reads a newspaper article about Sach's abilities, he and henchman Otto (William Yetter) kidnap him to use in their latest experiment: creating the world's strongest man
